About
I am an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Fellow of the Center for Leadership Studies at the School of Management at Binghamton University (State University of New York). I teach courses in Leadership and Research Methods. I conduct research on the role of adult development in personality, work performance, and leadership and statistical methodology.
PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, minored in Quantitative Psychology. I was advised by Fritz Drasgow.
My main avenue of research is the structure and development of job performance. I am also interested in the development of personality and the dynamics of affective experience, particularly with regard to how these phenomena impact on-the-job behaviors.
